The text below describes the licensing condition under which
this copy of PILAR is distributed.
All rights not expressly granted by this license are reserved by
A.L.H. J. Mañas S.L.
that only grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license of use
for the licensee.
This license extends only to the licensed entity that may not:
- distribute copies of the software to third entities
- reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the software
- modify or create derivative works based upon the software,
in whole or in part
- remove any proprietary notices or label on the software
- resell, lease, rent, transfer, sublicense, or otherwise
transfer rights to the software
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall CCN, A.L.H. J. Mañas or its licensors
be liable to the licensee
or any third party for any consequential, special, incidental or
indirect damages of any kind arising out of or relating to the software
(including but not limited to damages or costs incurred as a result of
loss of time, loss of data, loss of profits or revenue,
or loss of use of the software or other economic loss),
regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort, negligence,
or otherwise, even if been advised of the possibility of such damages.
The licensee entity agrees that it is the sole responsible for adequate
protection and backup of the data and equipment used in connection with
any of the software.
